Getting Started

How does it work?

Simply upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your preferred style, and our AI will generate a stunning portrait. You'll see a free preview before you decide to purchase.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For best results:

Use a clear, well-lit photo
Ensure your pet's face is clearly visible
Ears and muzzle should be fully visible
Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images
Front-facing or 3/4 angle photos work best

What pets can you create portraits for?

Our AI works with dogs, cats, horses, birds, and many other pets. If you have an unusual pet and are unsure, give it a try - the preview is free!

Styles

What styles are available?

We currently offer three portrait styles:

Immortalize: Classic Renaissance-style pet portraits with a contemporary twist
Noir: Dramatic black & white architectural scenes
Dreamscape: Surreal Cinema 4D rendered landscapes with your colossal pet

Orders & Delivery

What do I get with my purchase?

Digital: High-resolution image files suitable for printing at home or at any print shop.

Prints: Museum-quality prints on premium paper, available framed or unframed in various sizes.

How long does shipping take?

Print production takes 2-5 business days, plus shipping time based on your location. See our Shipping & Returns page for detailed estimates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Prints are produced at facilities closest to your location to minimize shipping time.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

What is your refund policy?

Digital products are non-refundable since you can preview before purchasing. Physical prints can be refunded if they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

Technical Issues

The generation is taking too long

Portrait generation typically takes 60-90 seconds. If it's taking longer, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, please contact support.

I can't download my digital files

Check your email for the download link. If you're having trouble, try a different browser or device. Contact support if the issue continues.
